TERMS AND CONDITIONS
It is the responsibility of the client to read and understand the terms and conditions of the booking.
A booking is secure once a non-refundable deposit of £180 has been paid.The £180 deposit value will be deducted from the final balance. A Deposit secures the booking based on the details noted on your quote. We cannot accept RESPONSIBILITY for any incorrect information given such as dates, addresses, times etc.
When booking The Works package, a 4 hour wait time from the ceremony starting to your hair being restyled for the evening is inclusive as part of the package. Each additional hour over the 4 hours is charged at £60.
Travel is charged at a rate of £30 per 30mins. Any venue/destination that is over a 7hr round trip, or that requires a 6am start or earlier, will require overnight accommodation the night before the wedding date, these charges will be added to your quote. Any further charges incurred such as parking/congestion fees will be applied to the final balance or invoiced after the wedding date.
Unless otherwise agreed or advised, trials are held at STyl-d studio in central Bath (4 New Bond St Place BA1 1BH). A trial is only recommended for the bride, however all members of the bridal party are welcome to have a trial, at an additional cost of £100 per person. trials are held on selected weekdays, as weekends are booked with weddings. if you are restricted as to when you can attend a trial, please let us know as soon as possible so we can try our best to accommodate your needs. Please be aware that on rare occasions, we may need to reschedule your trial appointment if a priority booking/commitment is received for the same day/time.
due to demand, Please be aware that across peak dates, Abigail may have another booking before or after your booking. This will only be the case if timings allow, however should you wish to add more members of the bridal party to your booking, please enquire as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. if the number of people on the booking or chosen hair package is reduced after the final balance has been paid, this fee will be non-refundable.
For peak dates and bank holidays, a minimum spend of £420, excluding travel and/or accommodation, applies. (this can be discussed prior to booking at our discretion). The minimum spend for a Destination wedding throughout Peak Season is from £1300, which includes travel and accommodation.
Booking a 2nd stylist will incur a one off arrangement fee of £50. once numbers are finalised, a 2nd stylist will be booked, subject to our pro team’s availability.
In the unlikely event that you need to cancel your booking:
the deposit is non-refundable as this is retained as a booking/administration fee. The trial fee is also non-refundable as this was for a paid service at the time of the trial.
where the wedding date is within 12 weeks, no refund is due as we deem it highly unlikely to be able to re-fill this date with another booking. 50% of the remaining balance will still be due and payable to Abigail Constanza bridal.
where the wedding date is more than 12 weeks away and the full balance has already been paid, a refund can made minus the trial fee and a £100 administration fee.
where the wedding date is more than 12 weeks away and the full balance has not yet been paid, the deposit and/or trial fee is non-refundable, but no further monies would be due.
In the unlikely event that Abigail becomes unavailable for your booking, we will actively source an alternative stylist. This may be achieved using our in-house Pro Team, subject to availability. In this scenario, the booking would remain with Abigail Constanza Bridal, but a Pro Team stylist would attend your wedding. If this option is not viable, we will provide details of a stylist that we highly recommend and a full refund of any payments made to us will be returned to you.
Privacy Statement and Data Protection
Any information held is solely used for the purposes of carrying out hair styling on the client’s wedding day/event. This information will not be shared with any other organisation or third party.
